Liquidity Providers

External positions, native LP fees, Roundtable design, and liquidity risks.

Permissionless positions

External liquidity providers may add positions to the canonical oxley pool. They control their own position principal and receive the native LP fees earned pro rata while their liquidity is active.

Concentrated liquidity outside the current price earns no fees until price enters its range. Narrow ranges can earn a larger share while active but can leave the provider concentrated in one asset as price moves.

Roundtable Rewards

Roundtable Rewards allocate 20% of a pair's own platform share to eligible external LP seats. With a 0.5% direct fee and equal creator and platform split, that budget equals 0.05% of filled USDG notional for that specific pair.

Every seat must independently contribute at least 25,000 USDG of recorded principal through the standardized position path, plus the required token side. The threshold is recorded principal, not live marked-to-market TVL.

When multiple seats qualify in one pair, they split that pair's Roundtable budget equally. A seat in another pair does not dilute them. When no seat qualifies, the complete platform share remains with the platform. Earned rewards remain claimable after a seat stops qualifying, but future accrual stops.

There is no launch-age or prior-volume gate. The first seat may qualify during cold start once the pair exists and its complete standardized position settles. It earns only from subsequent swaps; zero volume still means zero Roundtable rewards.

There is no reserved early seat, preferential launch-time class, global subsidy, or guaranteed reward. Every participant uses the same qualification and dilution rules. Zero pair volume produces zero Roundtable rewards.

Neither native LP fees nor Roundtable Rewards imply a fixed yield or principal protection.

Native LP Fees

Roundtable does not replace the pool's native 0.5% LP fee. Arc positions earn their creator-owned share, and every external position keeps its own pro-rata share. Roundtable is funded only from the eligible pair's platform direct-fee share, not by reducing external LP fees or creator fees.
