Creators

Creator and deployer roles

The deployer is the wallet that signs the launch. The creator is the immutable address assigned creator economics. They may be the same address. If the creator field is blank, oxley uses the deployer address.

The deployer or creator may trigger an authorized collection, but proceeds always go to the registered creator. The caller cannot choose a payout address, asset, amount, Arc, or pool.

Creator Rewards

The creator receives:

• 0.25% of filled USDG swap notional, representing half of the 0.5% direct oxley fee.
• 100% of native LP fees earned by the permanently locked Arc positions.

Collecting fees

Collect fees is available only to the recorded deployer or creator on the supported chain.

A failed collection keeps the complete claimable balance. If a creator address cannot receive USDG, that creator's withdrawal can fail without blocking canonical swaps or platform accrual.

Optional fee commitment

The launch card offers immutable creator collection locks of none, 30 days, or 60 days. A selected lock applies to creator direct fees and Arc LP fees until maturity. It does not lock platform fees, alter the creator address, or convert fees into liquidity.

No caller can shorten, bypass, redirect, or selectively unlock the commitment.
